Fundraising

The Alzheimer Society Peel raises funds to provide "Help for Today and Hope for Tomorrow."

We provide "help for today" in the programs and services we offer and "hope for tomorrow" with our on-going commitment to fund research about Alzheimer's disease and related dementias.

The Alzheimer Society Peel was a founding member of the Centre for Research in Neurodegenerative Diseases at the University of Toronto. We have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Centre.
Funding for research and our community services is provided through general and memorial donations, corporate sponsorships, service clubs, community groups, and special bequests.

Special Events

Our volunteer and staff team co-ordinate special fundraising events throughout the year (see) Upcoming Events Calendar).

Other special events and projects are organized from time to time. New ideas, proceeds of events and volunteers are always welcome! Please call us today at 905-278-3667.
