Commercially made, mass-produced Teddy Bears are made as toys for children.They are available for purchase through shops, websites and some art shows, but Alzheimer Society Peel’s talented volunteers proudly knit beautiful sweaters, dress them and make them look unique for every age to lake home.
Teddy Bears bring a smile on everyone’s face and warms the hearts.This year the bears called “NINA” are white as snow, very huggable and cuddly.Our bears will be available through our sales in October and if you can’t attend the sales, come by the office any time during our office hours.We have three locations - in Port Credit, Meadowvale and Brampton.
The sales dates are:
BramptonCity Hall – October 16, 2008 from 10:00am to 2:00pm
Port Credit, 60 Briarwood Avenue – October 25, 2008 from 9:00am to 1:00pm
