Hi there!

My name is Cheryl Graham and have recently “transitioned” to the Outreach Counsellor role at the Brampton office. I am a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in geriatric nursing; working from Belleville to Newfoundland and eventually settling within the Peel region.

I started with the Society as a volunteer, for 11 years I helped to facilitate the Brampton evening Caregiver Support groups. In 2000 I was hired as the Public Education Coordinator for the Peel Chapter and stayed in that position until recently, when I changed hats and took on the Outreach Counsellor role.

Over the years, I have learned so much from support group (Just for You and Caregiver Support ) members and I continue to learn.
